Sorry for not posting this when I got the news. I didn't want my blog or FB to be the way my ex (yes, he is now officially my ex, not my husband) found out that the divorce was finalized. It was finalized on Monday, October 4th and I got the papers on the 6th.
I am very happy to have closure. I am very relieved that it didn't linger on until next month. I have learned so much about myself in the last year. I have made many positive changes and working on making more.
