has found that the difference in the customers I can joke with and the ones I can not is about 60 seconds. Yes, it was about 60 seconds before my salesman called and asked "What Did You Do!!"

the best way to explain, is sometimes this customer gets excited over when deliveries are to be made. after going back and forth over which day we were to make a delivery, with him i have learned to write down the day in my notebook, he said "Well I guess I just order too much equipment." I'm not for sure but I think it got a chuckle from the salesman. the salesman told me to take it easy with some people. to which I replied "I can't, I'm EOS." for those who don't know that's Equal Oppurtunity Sarcasm. that one brought a chuckle. The fact that the salesman called up, made it hilarious to me.
